Mini Program

The Mini program is an introductory program to help you begin to transition from the Standard American Diet (SAD) to either an Organic Whole food, Vegetarian, Vegan or Raw diet. This introduction to healthy eating can help you slow down the aging process, have you looking and feeling younger and boost your libido.
